近期，金融科技犯罪活動顯著增加，不法分子利用釣魚短信、虛假網站等手段試圖竊取客戶登入憑證，給行業安全帶來嚴峻挑戰。為確保您的帳戶資產免受未經授權訪問，我們將從2026年7月16日起實施更嚴格的設備綁定安全措施。

設備限額收緊：為降低帳戶被不法分子利用的風險，我們將實施單一活躍設備綁定政策。每個交易平台/手機應用僅允許綁定一台設備。

自動解綁機制：當您在新設備上成功完成綁定及身份驗證後，舊設備將自動被解綁。

Re: Enhancement of Account Security and Implementation of Single-Device Binding Policy

Dear Esteemed Clients,

In light of the significant rise in financial cybercrime activities in recent times, fraudsters have been employing tactics such as phishing SMS messages and fake websites in an attempt to steal client login credentials, posing serious challenges to industry security. To ensure your account assets are protected from unauthorised access, we will be implementing stricter device binding security measures effective 16 July 2026.

Device Limit Restriction: To reduce the risk of account compromise, we will implement a single active device binding policy. Each trading platform/mobile application will be limited to one registered device only.

Automatic Unbinding Mechanism: Upon successful binding and verification on a new device, your old device will be automatically unbound.
